Introduction & application fields:
The purpose of salt spray test is to evaluate the salt spray corrosion resistance of products or metal materials, and compare the process quality of similar protective layers. The salt spray test chamber strictly conforms to ASTM B117, ISO 9227, JIS Z2371 and other international standards, specially designed for the corrosion resistance test of metal materials, coatings, electronic components, auto parts and other products. By accurately simulating the salt spray environment, customers can quickly assess the corrosion resistance of products to ensure reliable quality.
Main features:
1. The salt spray tester can carry out common NSS (neutral salt spray), AASS (acid salt spray) and CASS (copper accelerated salt spray) tests.
2. The shell is made of high temperature resistant PP sheet, CNC welding, and the equipment is completely leak-proof.
3. The laboratory pressure saturated barrel is made of SUS304# stainless steel, which has stronger pressure resistance and corrosion resistance.
4. Nozzle glass/titanium alloy, conical diffusion device, rapid and uniform fog reduction.
5. Buttons and programmable touch screen controller are optional, with a maximum setting time of 9999 hours.
6. Fully enclosed circuit design, prolong the service life of the whole machine.
