Automatic Environmental Programmable Salt Spray Corrosion Test Chamber

The salt spray test standard is a clear and specific stipulation for the salt spray test conditions, such as temperature, humidity, sodium chloride solution concentration and pH value, etc., and also puts forward technical requirements for the performance of the salt spray test chamber. Which salt spray test standard is used for the same product should be selected according to the characteristics of the salt spray test, the corrosion rate of the metal, and the sensitivity to salt spray.

The purpose of the salt spray test is to evaluate the salt spray corrosion resistance of the product or metal material, and the result of the salt spray test is the judgment of the product quality. Whether the judgment result is correct and reasonable is a correct measure of the salt spray resistance of the product or metal The key to corrosion quality.



Main features

1. The Salt spray test chamber for NSS CASS test is made of transparent materials so that the operator can see the tested sample in it and the spraying situation of the tested sample.
2. A waterproof structure is adopted between the chamber cover and chamber body, thus there is no salt spray overflow.
3. Pressure barrels use Henry's law, heating and humidifying, provide humidity to inner of salt spray testing machine.

Heating system

Salt Spray Test Equipment uses steam heating, heating speed, reduce the standby time, when the temperature reached, the thermostat automatically switches the state, the temperature accuracy, less power consumption.
