Electronic Laboratory Used Nass Salt Spray Corrosion Test Chamber
Salt Fog Test Machine is designed for products used in intense changeable environment, such as parts of automobile, airmaterial, photographic equipment, building materials, electroplate films&coatings and electrical & electronic system etc. It is suitable to resist to metal electrochemical corrosion.
Main features
1. The Salt spray test chamber for NSS CASS test is made of transparent materials so that the operator can see the tested sample in it and the spraying situation of the tested sample.
2. A waterproof structure is adopted between the chamber cover and chamber body, thus there is no salt spray overflow.
3. Pressure barrels use Henry's law, heating and humidifying, provide humidity to inner of salt spray testing machine.
Heating system
Salt Spray Test Equipment uses steam heating, heating speed, reduce the standby time, when the temperature reached, the thermostat automatically switches the state, the temperature accuracy, less power consumption.
Control system
High-precision temperature controller, Japan OML timer to control the time, the overall temperature error of ± 1° C.
