Plastic pipe UV Aging test chamber
Product description:
UV aging test chamber simulates damaging effects of long term outdoor exposure of materials and coatings by exposing test samples to varying conditions of the most aggressive components of weathering - ultraviolet radiation, moisture and heat. A UV weathering test chamber uses fluorescent lamps to provide a radiation spectrum centered in the ultraviolet wavelengths.

Structure and material
1. Working room, smaple shelf, liner and shell are made from SUS#304, automatic control for inflow.
2. Stainless steel heater is equipped with water-break protection device. It can automatically cut off the power in the humidifying system in the case of water shortage, the finned air heating tube is made of stainless steel materials, the over temperature protection device is installed in the vabinet, can effectively guarrantee test.
Test standard
This UV test chamber meets GB/T14522-93, Q/CS01-92 standard. It can meet GB/T14522-93 the method that mechanical products be acceletated tested in a artificial way with plastic, [aint, rubber meterial, GB/T2424.14-1995 basic environmental testing procedures of electrical and electronic products, American material test institute ASTMG53-84 test method that non-metallic materials exposed to fluorescent UV condensation.
