Introduction

The specific process of the medicine drying oven is as follows:

After the raw materials are taken out by the centrifuge, they enter the vacuum oven for drying. The test conditions are 180ºC and -98kpa. The drying process lasts for 2 hours (the main purpose of vacuuming is to prevent the heat-sensitive materials from oxidizing and turning yellow, and to shorten the drying cycle). After the drying is completed, the raw materials will be crushed and then processed. The cooling method of the equipment is generally water cooling, and the machine should reserve drainage pipes. The top will be equipped with spray balls (which will only be activated when the raw materials undergo a chemical reaction).
